Turn your eye for knitwear into commercial impact. Our client is an established fashion company in the Amsterdam area, developing and distributing distinctive international lifestyle brands. As Buyer Knitwear, you will shape the collection by securing the right quality, fit, price and delivery while building strong partnerships with international suppliers. Deadline for applications is Friday the 4th of September at 15:00. The organisation You will join an established international fashion organisation with several menswear brands. Each brand has its own identity, audience and position in the market. The working environment is ambitious, informal and practical. Colleagues challenge each other, share ideas and take responsibility for their work. There are short communication lines and little unnecessary hierarchy. Within the Buying and Product teams, colleagues work closely together on supplier choices, cost prices, quality and planning. Decisions are made quickly, and there is plenty of room to suggest improvements. The role As Buyer Knitwear, you are responsible for the buying process of assigned knitwear styles. This includes sweaters, cardigans, knitted polos, pullovers and other commercially relevant knitwear products. You are involved from the first sourcing decision through to production and final delivery. You select the right suppliers, negotiate cost prices and monitor every step of the critical path. Throughout the process, you keep quality, lead times, supplier performance and commercial targets closely aligned. You work with international suppliers and collaborate with colleagues from Product Development, Merchandising, Sales, Quality, Corporate Responsibility and Logistics. Together, you make sure each product is commercially viable, technically correct and delivered on time. Your responsibilities include:

- manage assigned knitwear styles from sourcing and supplier allocation through production and delivery;
