Functieomschrijving Als Buying Assistant ben je een echte spin in het web en vervul je een essentiële administratieve rol binnen het inkoopproces. Je werkt nauw samen met de Buyers van MS Mode en ondersteunt hen met onder andere: - Het administratief voorbereiden, uitwerken en verwerken van orders, inclusief het zorgdragen voor de juiste samples in kleur en maat en het gereedmaken van orders voor computerinput - Het zorgvuldig bijhouden en controleren van de administratie rondom gewijzigde inkoopprijzen, levertijden en andere orderdata - Het bevestigen en vastleggen van verkoopprijzen in overleg met de Buyer, het verwerken hiervan op de orders en het controleren van facturen op juistheid - Het administratief en organisatorisch voorbereiden van inkoopreizen naar het Verre Oosten van de Buyer, in samenwerking met de Buyer en Stylist - Het aanvragen, verwerken en archiveren van sizespecs, technische tekeningen en calculaties en het administratief voorbereiden van orders - Het onderhouden van contact met leveranciers over inkooporders en het controleren en vastleggen van labdips, bulkstoffen en accessoires in overleg met de Buyer - Het ondersteunen bij doorpassen, het vastleggen van fitting commentaar en het meewerken aan productomschrijvingen voor de webshop - Het signaleren, registreren en opvolgen van problemen met geleverde goederen en het administratief voorbereiden van eventuele claims in samenwerking met de Buyer en betrokken afdelingen Vereisten Dit ben jij - Jij hebt een afgeronde hbo-opleiding in fashion of een vergelijkbare richting; - Jij staat aan het begin van jouw carrière in buying of inkoop en zoekt een rol waarin administratie en nauwkeurigheid centraal staan; - Jij haalt plezier uit gestructureerd werken, het verwerke...
