Je bent de belangrijkste schakel in het werven, enthousiasmeren en ontwikkelen van nieuw talent voor Fonky. Vanaf dag één krijg je de ruimte en verantwoordelijkheid om het gehele recruitmentproces te begeleiden en te bouwen aan onze unieke, energieke cultuur. Doordat recruitment, coaching, data en community management samenkomen, zijn je taken erg divers en is geen enkele dag hetzelfde! Een greep uit jouw dagelijkse werkzaamheden: - Talent werven en enthousiasmeren : Je bedenkt en coördineert recruitmentactiviteiten, werfshifts en toffe evenementen. Ook ben je actief op social media en stimuleer je collega's om kandidaten aan te dragen. - Kandidaten begeleiden tijdens hun candidate journey : Je voert (online en fysieke) kennismakingsgesprekken, screent sollicitanten en begeleidt én motiveert nieuwe 'Rookies' tijdens hun inwerkperiode - Coachen en trainen van recruitment medewerkers : Je bouwt aan onze Recruitmentpoule, herkent talent en plant coaching- en trainingsmomenten in om het recruitmentteam naar een hoger niveau te tillen. - Cultuurdrager en sfeermaker : Samen met de Vestigingsmanager ben jij hét visitekaartje van onze cultuur. Je organiseert salesgames, borrels en activaties die zorgen voor een geweldig communitygevoel op kantoor! - Data en resultaten analyseren en verwerken: Je volgt de belangrijkste recruitment-KPI's, analyseert conversies en r...
