Van onderhoud en leveranciersafspraken tot meldingen, administratie en voorraadbeheer: jij helpt ervoor te zorgen dat alles op rolletjes loopt. Als stagiaire Facilitaire Dienstverlening ondersteun je het facilitaire team bij dagelijkse administratieve en organisatorische werkzaamheden. Je krijgt de kans om mee te kijken en mee te werken binnen een professionele organisatie, waar je veel leert over facilitaire processen, communicatie, planning en samenwerking. Doel van de stage Als stagiaire ondersteun je de facilitaire afdeling bij de dagelijkse administratieve en organisatorische werkzaamheden. De nadruk ligt op het verwerken, bijhouden en beheren van de facilitaire administratie en het ondersteunen bij het meerjarenonderhoudsplan (MJOP), zodat de processen van de afdeling Facility correct verlopen. Wat ga je doen? Administratieve ondersteuning - Verwerken en beheren van facilitaire meldingen en aanvragen; - Registreren, controleren en archiveren van documenten; - Bijhouden van digitale dossiers en administratieve systemen; - Verwerken van inkoopaanvragen en ondersteunen bij de afhandeling van facturen; - Plannen en bevestigen van afspraken met leveranciers en interne klanten.
