Als Technical support engineer heb jij de volgende hoofdtaken: - Het bieden van technische ondersteuning aan onze klanten in de Benelux per telefoon en e-mail; - Het bieden van technische ondersteuning aan onze Ravo monteurs; - Het rapporteren en administreren van storingen, oplossingen en benodigde materialen ten behoeve van studie en toekomstige reparatie- en servicewerkzaamheden. - Het onderhouden van contact met de Ravo fabriek met betrekking tot storing analyse en feedback; - Het actief ondersteunen van de service coördinatoren op technisch vlak en het verzorgen van hun waarneming tijdens afwezigheid. Je bent als Technical support engineer onderdeel van het Service team van ons dealerbedrijf Ravo Benelux. Je werkt nauw samen met een aantal collega's op de afdeling en bent samen met een collega verantwoordelijk voor de gehele technical support voor de Benelux. Ook heb je nauw contact met diverse afdelingen binnen de fabrieksomgeving van Ravo.
