The posting

In deze functie krijg je een centrale rol in het uitwerken en realiseren van softwareoplossingen in C# en .NET voor een internationale logistieke omgeving. Je combineert inhoudelijke analyse met praktische ontwikkeling en werkt mee aan systemen waar kwaliteit en stabiliteit essentieel zijn.

Concreet zal je:

optreden als schakel tussen functional analysts en delivery teams zodat behoeften, beperkingen en prioriteiten duidelijk zijn voor iedereen. meedenken over solution design: aannames in vraag stellen, alternatieven voorstellen en helpen een robuuste implementatie-aanpak uit te werken. mission-critical systemen ontwerpen, bouwen en onderhouden in C#/.NET, met sterke aandacht voor reliability, performance en onderhoudbaarheid op lange termijn. functionele noden vertalen naar concrete technische oplossingen: componenten, services, interfaces en dataflows, en collega-developers hierin praktisch begeleiden. zorgen voor hoge engineeringkwaliteit via code reviews, clean architecture, een doordachte teststrategie (unit- en integratietesten) en gestructureerde validatie voor releases. samenwerken in een Agile/DevOps setting: deelnemen aan refinement, inschattingen, delivery planning en continuous improvement van het developmentproces. complexe issues troubleshooten over applicatie-, database- en integratielagen heen en verbeteringen uitwerken om herhaling van incidenten te vermijden. actief kennis delen: collega's coachen, belangrijke beslissingen documenteren en best practices rond C#, .NET, SQL Server en moderne webontwikkeling mee uitdragen binnen het team.

Voor deze rol zoeken we een mediorprofiel dat zowel technisch als communicatief sterk staat en gewend is om in een omgeving met hoge kwaliteitsvereisten te werken.

Je profiel:

Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring als C#/.NET developer in een context waar kwaliteit, stabiliteit en betrouwbare delivery centraal staan. Je communiceert vlot en kan mensen mee krijgen: je licht trade-offs helder toe en houdt discussies constructief. Je werkt comfortabel in het Nederlands en het Engels. Je bent pragmatisch en hands-on: je lost graag problemen op, maar verliest de nood aan duurzame oplossingen niet uit het oog.

Technische kennis:

Sterke kennis van C# en .NET (bij voorkeur .NET 8 of hoger) en goede ervaring met Visual Studio. Ervaring met Azure DevOps (Boards, Repos, Pipelines/CI/CD) en goede kennis van Git. Ervaring met test mocking frameworks en een grondige kennis van ASP.NET Core en moderne webframeworks. Goed begrip van SQL Server, microservices-architectuur en domain-driven design (DDD). Ervaring met Blazor, bij voorkeur Blazor Server, is een uitgesproken pluspunt.
