Voor onze klant, een wereldwijde koploper in innovatieve en duurzame transportoplossingen, zijn wij op zoek naar een CA Design Engineer. In deze rol maak je deel uit van een gespecialiseerd team van engineers dat standaard voertuigen transformeert tot technische hoogstandjes op maat van de klant. Je krijgt de vrijheid om complexe concepten uit te werken en de verantwoordelijkheid om beslissingen te nemen die een directe impact hebben op het eindproduct.

  • Technisch uitwerken en gedetailleerd documenteren van niet-standaard concepten voor vrachtwagens
  • Ontwerpen van technische oplossingen om standaardvoertuigen aan te passen aan specifieke klantvragen
  • Verlenen van technisch advies aan andere afdelingen over de uitvoerbaarheid van maatwerkoplossingen
  • Zelfstandig nemen van beslissingen met eindverantwoordelijkheid over de voorgestelde technische concepten
  • Nauw samenwerken in teamverband om kwalitatieve en innovatieve resultaten te garanderen
  • Bewaken van de administratieve en organisatorische opvolging van je eigen projecten
  • Voortdurend streven naar verbetering en innovatie binnen het engineeringproces
  • Je beschikt over een technische bachelor- of masteropleiding (bijv. Elektromechanica, Automotive) of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Technische kennis van vrachtwagens of zware voertuigen is een groot voordeel
  • Ervaring is geen must, maar een sterke passie voor de automotive sector is essentieel
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en een echte teamplayer-mentaliteit
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, zelfstandig en beschikt over een sterk organisatorisch vermogen
  • Uitgebreide kennis van MS Office; ervaring met ontwerptools is een pluspunt
  • Vloeiende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal; kennis van andere talen is een extra troef
