Jij zorgt ervoor dat de cabine er piekfijn uitziet en perfect functioneert, zowel in de hangaar als op Schiphol Centrum. Met jouw vakmanschap en oog voor detail draag je direct bij aan een prettige reiservaring voor miljoenen passagiers. Zo help je mee aan een gesmeerde organisatie én onvergetelijke vluchten. Wat ga je doen? Je dag bestaat uit het onderhouden, repareren en vernieuwen van cabine- en vrachtdelen van verschillende vliegtuigtypen. Je demonteert onderdelen, controleert ze zorgvuldig en monteert alles weer volgens de geldende voorschriften en kwaliteitseisen. Daarnaast bouw je medische apparatuur in en uit en ondersteun je bij het testen van systemen. Je werkt in de hangaar of op het platform, vaak onder tijdsdruk, en volgt daarbij altijd de juiste manuals en procedures binnen de scope van je autorisatie. Verder: - werk je aan alle typen vliegtuigen in cabine en vrachtruimte met een all type bevoegdheid; - pas je verschillende technieken toe zoals snijden, naaien, spuiten en het leggen van vloerbedekking; - voer je werkzaamheden uit zoals lassen en fohnen van plastics en kunststoffen; - voer je onder supervisie operational, functional en eenvoudige tests uit binnen je autorisaties. Waar land je? Je werkt vanuit Schiphol Oost, in de hangaars en op Schiphol Centrum. Je maakt deel uit van een Cabin Maintenance team binnen de Maintenance Support organisatie. Samen met je directe collega's zorg je voor een hoge cabinekwaliteit in een omgeving die continu in beweging is en waar ruimte is voor eigen initiatief en verbetering. Jouw profiel Je pakt werk zelfstandig op en ziet snel waar actie nodig is, ook als de druk hoog is. Je schakelt soepel tussen verschillende taken en blijft scherp op kwaliteit en veiligheid.
