CAD/CAM Engineer - Work Preparation Mifa is onderdeel van een team dat het verschil maakt. Met onze precisie extrusie is namelijk niets onmogelijk. We produceren profielen die levens redden, die vliegtuigen veilig laten landen, auto's zuiniger laten rijden en ga zo maar door. Word jij een van onze nieuwe precisiehelden? In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het maken van CAM-programma's, het ontwerp van de mal, bestellen van het materiaal, de gereedschappenlijst en de meetinstructie. Je begeleidt het eerste product tot en met de vrijgave. Gedurende de levenscyclus van een product ben je hét technisch aanspreekpunt en ben je verantwoordelijk voor de gehele afstemming en communicatie met de interne organisatie. Je werkt samen met je collega's van werkvoorbereiding, het team van Bureau Techniek en de instellers. Je vindt het daarbij leuk om nieuwe oplossingen te bedenken voor mallen (CAD), programma's (CAM), gereedschappen en meetplannen. Daarnaast werk je gemiddeld een dag per week aan verbeterprojecten. De afdeling Het machinepark van de afdeling Machining bestaat uit circa 32 CNC bewerkingsmachines met zowel volledig geautomatiseerde als semi-automatische machines. Er wordt gewerkt met toleranties vanaf ± 0,02 mm en wanddiktes vanaf 0,25mm; dit vraagt dus om uiterste precisie ! De profielgrootte varieert van Ø 3mm tot Ø 180 mm. Verder bestaat de afdeling uit de werkvoorbereiding, gereedschapsmakerij en service afdeling. Wat we van jou verwachten - Je hebt een afgeronde technische MBO niveau 4 opleiding of hoger; - Ervaring met CAD/CAM, bij voorkeur Topsolid; - Je beschikt over een sterk probleemoplossend vermogen; - Je bent een procesdenker met een open visie.
