The posting

Van een 3D-model op je scherm tot het eerste stuk dat je zelf op de CNC-machine maakt. In deze functie combineer je CAD/CAM, 3- en 5-assig CNC-frezen en praktisch machinewerk. Je verdient €3.500 tot €4.800 bruto per maand, krijgt meteen een vast contract en kunt voltijds of 4/5 werken.

Werk je vandaag als CAD/CAM programmeur, CNC programmeur of CAD/CAM tekenaar? Hier zit je niet de hele dag achter je computer. Je tekent en programmeert, maar stelt ook zelf de machine in en maakt de eerste stukken.

Je komt terecht bij een middelgroot technisch productiebedrijf in Schoten waar producten en onderdelen op maat worden gemaakt. Voor een deel van onze productie vormen we plaatmateriaal over matrijzen die we zelf ontwerpen en frezen.

Wat mag jij bij ons doen?

  • Je maakt en past 3D-modellen en technische tekeningen aan in CAD.
  • Je vertaalt je tekenwerk naar CAM-programma's voor 3- en 5-assige CNC-freesmachines.
  • Je bepaalt zelf de freesstrategie en kiest de juiste gereedschappen en opspanning.
  • Je maakt de matrijzen, stelt de CNC-machine in en volgt het freesproces op.
  • Je maakt de eerste stukken en controleert of afmetingen en kwaliteit kloppen. Daarna kan de verdere productie naar je collega's.
  • Je ondersteunt CNC-operatoren wanneer ze bij een bewerking op een technisch probleem botsen.
  • Je past programma's en werkwijzen aan wanneer je ziet dat een bewerking beter of efficiënter kan.

Wanneer werk jij?

Voltijds werk je 39,5 uur per week in dagdienst en nooit in het weekend. Van maandag tot donderdag werk je van 8u tot 17u en op vrijdag van 8u tot 15u30. Overuren zijn niet de gewoonte en gebeuren alleen vrijwillig.
