Aktuell suchen wir 1 CAD / PLM Application Support (m/w/d) Vollzeit / Graz

Deine Aufgaben

* CAD/PLM Application Support: Du betreust konzernweit CAD-, CAM- und PLM-Anwendungen und stellst einen reibungslosen Betrieb sicher

* 1st & 2nd Level Support: Du unterstützt Anwender bei technischen Fragen, analysierst Störungen und findest praxisnahe Lösungen

* Ticket-Management: Du bearbeitest Support-Anfragen im zentralen Helpdesk-System, dokumentierst Lösungen und sorgst für eine nachvollziehbare Bearbeitung

* Anwenderbetreuung: Du berätst und unterstützt User bei der täglichen Nutzung von CAD-, PDM- und PLM-Systemen

* IT-Projekte: Du arbeitest aktiv an innovativen IT-Projekten mit und unterstützt bei der Weiterentwicklung bestehender Systemlösungen

Dein Profil

* Technische Ausbildung: Du hast eine Ausbildung im Bereich IT oder Maschinenbau - z. B. eine LAP als Technischer Zeichner mit Berufserfahrung oder eine HTL mit Schwerpunkt Maschinenbau

* Berufserfahrung: Du bringst idealerweise erste Erfahrung im technischen IT-Support, Application Support oder in einer vergleichbaren Position mit

* CAD & PDM: Du verfügst von Vorteil über Kenntnisse in CAD-Systemen wie AutoCAD oder SolidWorks sowie in PLM/PDM-Systemen wie Keytech oder SWX PDM

* Microsoft: Du hast gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Microsoft-Betriebssystemen und gängigen IT-Anwendungen

* Sprachen: Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse und kannst technische Sachverhalte verständlich vermitteln

* Kommunikation: Du arbeitest gerne mit Anwendern, bist serviceorientiert und überzeugst durch deine Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit

* Eigenständigkeit: Du arbeitest strukturiert, lösungsorientiert und eigenverantwortlich und bringst Engagement sowie Flexibilität mit

* Mobilität: Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B und bringst Reisebereitschaft von bis zu 20 % mit
