  • Accueillir la clientèle et participer à la vente
  • Gérer les paiements et la caisse
  • Approvisionner, ranger, agencer les rayons
  • Lancer la cuisson des pains et des viennoiseries
  • Présenter les produits de manière attractive
  • Dispenser des informations sur les produits
  • Assurer la gestion de la caisse
  • Maîtriser les manipulations techniques propres aux marchandises commercialisées (couper, emballer, enfourner, etc.)
  • Appliquer les normes d'hygiène relatives aux denrées alimentaires (HACCP)
  • Préparer l'espace de stockage pour les marchandises
  • Réceptionner et contrôler les commandes
  • Décharger le camion de livraison
  • Connaître la manutention des marchandises (poids, fragilité)
  • Utiliser l'autolaveuse et l'aspirateur pour le nettoyage du sol (le matin et le soir)
  • Nettoyer les rayons, vitres de frigo, etc. pour que le magasin soit toujours bien tenu
  • Souriant et aimable
  • Avoir l'esprit client
  • Faire preuve de fiabilité
