Stel ze direct Solliciteren Calamiteiten medewerker - Heerenveen - Afwisselend werk bij brand-, water- en stormschades - Startsalaris tot €2.850 + eindejaarsuitkering Jij als calamiteiten medewerker Als calamiteiten medewerker bij Dolmans in Heerenveen sta jij klaar wanneer mensen te maken krijgen met onverwachte schade. Na bijvoorbeeld brand-, water- of stormschade kom je in actie om de schade te beperken en de eerste stappen richting herstel te zetten. Je doet werk waarmee je direct resultaat ziet én waarmee je mensen helpt op een moment dat ze dat hard nodig hebben. De werkzaamheden zijn iedere keer anders. De ene dag help je bij het opruimen en herstellen van een woning na waterschade, de volgende dag reinig je een pand na brandschade of help je bij het leegruimen van een zwaar getroffen locatie. Daarbij werk je niet alleen zorgvuldig, maar heb je ook oog voor bewoners of ondernemers die net iets ingrijpends hebben meegemaakt. Je bent veel onderweg in Heerenveen en de omliggende regio en werkt samen met collega's die graag aanpakken. Juist de combinatie van praktisch werk, verschillende locaties en onverwachte situaties zorgt ervoor dat geen werkdag hetzelfde is. Jouw werkdag Je werkt normaal gesproken van maandag tot en met vrijdag tussen 07.00 en 16.00 uur. Eens per vier weken draai je daarnaast een piketdienst van vrijdag tot vrijdag. Tijdens deze week ben je buiten de reguliere werktijden beschikbaar wanneer er een spoedmelding binnenkomt. Dit zit erin voor jou: - Een bruto startsalaris tussen €2.650 en €2.850 per maand - 27 vakantiedagen, 8% vakantiegeld en een eindejaarsuitkering van 5% van je bruto jaarsalaris - Toeslagen en extra vergoedingen voor overwerk en oproepdiensten - Volop mogelijkheden om opleidingen en trainingen te volgen via de Dolmans Academy - Een afwisselende baan waarin je op veel verschillende locaties komt - Een...
