Jobomschrijving

Als calculator speel je een cruciale rol in het succes van bouwprojecten. Jij vertaalt plannen en lastenboeken naar correcte, realistische en competitieve kostprijsberekeningen.

Je staat in voor:

  • Het grondig analyseren van lastenboeken, plannen en technische specificaties
  • Het verzamelen en beoordelen van alle nodige informatie om tot een juiste kostprijs te komen
  • Het uitvoeren van gedetailleerde kostprijsberekeningen voor uiteenlopende bouwprojecten
  • Actieve deelname aan de offerte- en gunningsfase, waarbij jouw inzichten het verschil maken
  • Meedenken over optimalisaties en alternatieven om projecten technisch en financieel te versterken

Jouw profiel

  • Je bent analytisch sterk, werkt gestructureerd en denkt verder dan de cijfers alleen.
  • Je beschikt over een diploma industrieel ingenieur, burgerlijk ingenieur of gelijkwaardig
  • Je hebt meerdere jaren ervaring bij een grote aannemer
  • Ervaring met AutoCAD, Revit, Solibri of KPD is een sterke troef
  • Je denkt proactief en oplossingsgericht, en beschouwt complexe vraagstukken als een uitdaging
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, planmatig en georganiseerd
  • Je bent een teamspeler die anderen weet te overtuigen met onderbouwde argumenten
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en kan je ook uitdrukken in het Frans en Engels
