Heb jij een sterk technisch inzicht, werk je graag nauwkeurig en haal je voldoening uit het uitwerken van uitdagende interieurprojecten? Dan is deze functie iets voor jou.

Als Calculator Meubel- en Schrijnwerk ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen van correcte en competitieve kostprijsberekeningen voor maatwerkmeubilair en binnenschrijnwerk. Je analyseert technische dossiers, denkt mee over de beste oplossingen en ondersteunt het commerciële proces met een nauwkeurige administratieve opvolging. Dankzij jouw werk kunnen projecten efficiënt worden voorbereid en succesvol worden gerealiseerd.

Verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je analyseert plannen, bestekken, meetstaten en technische dossiers om nauwkeurige kostprijsberekeningen op te stellen.
  • Je berekent de kosten voor materialen, arbeid en productiemiddelen en vertaalt deze naar een competitieve offerte.
  • Je vraagt offertes op bij leveranciers en onderaannemers, vergelijkt deze en verwerkt de informatie in je calculaties.
  • Je stelt duidelijke offertes en prijsvoorstellen op voor klanten.
  • Je beoordeelt risico's, opportuniteiten en technische haalbaarheid binnen projecten.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met projectleiders, technisch tekenaars, productie, aankoop en andere interne collega's om projecten optimaal voor te bereiden.
  • Je verzamelt alle vereiste documenten, zoals technische fiches, referenties en administratieve gegevens volgens de projectvereisten.
  • Waar nodig werk je een plan van aanpak uit met de juiste teamsamenstelling, methodologie en technische onderbouwing.
  • Je beheert prijsaanvragen, beoordeelt nieuwe opportuniteiten en bereidt deze voor op het commerciële overleg.
  • Je ondersteunt het salesteam met een correcte administratieve verwerking van dossiers en documenten.
  • Je behaalde een bachelor of master in bouwkunde, interieurarchitectuur of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je beschikt over een sterk technisch en cijfermatig inzicht.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, analytisch en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met maatwerkmeubilair, binnenschrijnwerk of de interieursector.
  • Ervaring binnen de interieursector of kennis van technische binnendeuren is een belangrijke troef.
  • Je bent communicatief, commercieel ingesteld en werkt graag samen met verschillende interne en externe partners.
  • Je bent vlot vertrouwd met Excel en werkt efficiënt met ERP- of calculatiesoftware, zoals Odoo.
  • Je neemt initiatief, denkt oplossingsgericht en houdt steeds het overzicht.
