Ben jij de financiële architect van een project? Iemand die met precisie en vindingrijkheid offertes en kostprijzen opstelt, en zo de basis legt voor succesvolle projecten? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou. Wij zoeken een gedreven Calculator die de financiële haalbaarheid van projecten in kaart brengt en nauw samenwerkt met het team.

Wat ga je doen?

- Jouw rol: Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen van betrouwbare kostprijzen en offertes, op basis van de wensen van de klant en geldende normen.

- Offertes maken: Je neemt projecten op, ontwerpt installaties en stelt gedetailleerde offertes en technische omschrijvingen op.

- De financiële basis: Je berekent kostprijzen, vraagt offertes aan bij leveranciers en onderaannemers, en onderzoekt alternatieve oplossingen om de meest efficiënte aanpak te vinden.

- Samenwerken: Je draagt alle relevante informatie duidelijk over aan het projectteam om een soepele start van de werkzaamheden te garanderen.

Wie zoeken wij?

- Je hebt minimaal twee jaar ervaring, bij voorkeur in de buitendienst.

- Je beschikt over een MBO-4 diploma of vergelijkbaar werk- en denkniveau.

- Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B.

- Kennis van calculatiemethodes zoals de Uneto-methode of OTIB 944 is een grote pré.

- Je bent klantgericht, hebt een flexibele instelling en beschikt over uitstekende organisatorische vaardigheden.
