Functie omschrijving Je zorgt mee voor een nauwkeurige voorbereiding en berekening van projecten en aanbestedingsdossiers. Jouw rol is cruciaal om offertes correct en tijdig af te leveren. Concreet:

  • Je bereidt projecten en openbare aanbestedingen voor op basis van de bestekken.
  • Je vraagt prijzen aan bij leveranciers, vergelijkt offertes en stelt competitieve voorstellen op.
  • Je stelt prijsoffertes op voor klanten, gebaseerd op bestaande prijsafspraken.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met projectleiders en takverantwoordelijken voor een vlotte overdracht van dossiers.
  • Je volgt de voortgang van projecten op en zorgt dat alles administratief in orde is tegen de vooropgestelde deadlines.
  • Samen met je team draag je bij aan het succesvol binnenhalen én uitvoeren van projecten.
  • Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een bouwkundige of economische richting, met technische interesse.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur al ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie.
  • Je werkt analytisch, gestructureerd en houdt van cijferwerk.
  • Je kan goed om met deadlines en behoudt het overzicht.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en kan je goed uitdrukken in het Frans. Kennis van Duits is een extra troef.
