In deze rol zorg jij voor een correcte prijscalculatie en een heldere financiële opvolging van onze projecten. Je werkt nauw samen met de werf- en projectleiding en bent een onmisbare schakel in het voorbereidende en uitvoerende proces.

Functie omschrijving

  • Je maakt meetstaten op aan de hand van plannen en werfinformatie, en verwerkt opmetingen in AutoCAD.
  • Bestekken worden door jou grondig gelezen en vertaald naar een correcte raming van materiaal- en eenheidsprijzen.
  • Zowel calculaties als nacalculaties behoren tot je takenpakket, zodat elk project financieel goed onderbouwd is.
  • Je stelt pro forma en definitieve facturen op, en volgt vorderingsstaten, betalingen en openstaande tegoeden op.
  • Je fungeert als eerste aanspreekpunt voor de financiële afdeling en denkt actief mee over efficiëntere werkmethodes.
  • Je hebt ervaring als calculator of werkte eerder in een technische functie binnen de bouw.
  • De wereld van nutsvoorzieningen spreekt je aan of je hebt hier al ervaring in.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, bent cijfermatig sterk en denkt logisch na.
  • Software zoals Bouwsoft, Exact Online of Excel heeft weinig geheimen voor jou.
  • Je houdt het overzicht, werkt zelfstandig en stelt moeiteloos de juiste prioriteiten.
  • Je bent communicatief, denkt oplossingsgericht en werkt graag samen met anderen.
