Denk aan kozijnen, ramen, deuren, trappen en ander maatwerk. We werken voor aannemers, bouwbedrijven en andere partijen in de bouw. De ene keer gaat het om een serie kozijnen voor nieuwbouw, de andere keer om maatwerk voor een renovatieproject. Geen opdracht is precies hetzelfde. In de werkplaats werken we nauw samen. Calculator, werkvoorbereider, tekenaar en productie lopen makkelijk bij elkaar binnen. Als iets op papier niet klopt of slimmer kan, bespreken we dat gewoon. Liefst voordat er 25 kozijnen verkeerd uit de machine komen. We houden het graag normaal: hard werken, elkaar helpen, problemen oplossen en tussendoor genoeg ruimte voor een geintje. De Baan Als calculator ben je betrokken vanaf het moment dat een aanvraag binnenkomt. Je beoordeelt tekeningen en aanvragen, maakt kostprijsberekeningen en zorgt voor duidelijke en onderbouwde offertes. Je berekent onder andere materiaal, uren, bewerkingen en eventuele uitbestedingen. Je hebt daarbij kennis van hout en begrijpt hoe een houten product uiteindelijk in de werkplaats wordt gemaakt. Je kijkt dus niet alleen naar cijfers, maar ook naar wat technisch en praktisch haalbaar is. Je vraagt prijzen op bij leveranciers, vergelijkt deze en verwerkt ze in je calculatie. Ook stem je regelmatig af met de werkvoorbereiding, tekenaar en productie. Bij wijzigingen in een opdracht kijk je wat dit betekent voor de kostprijs en planning. Het kan bijvoorbeeld gaan om een aanvraag voor 60 houten kozijnen. Jij bepaalt wat hiervoor nodig is aan materiaal, uren en bewerkingen en vertaalt dit naar een duidelijke offerte.
