Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Verwerking van nieuwe prijsaanvragen
  • Opstellen van meetstaten
  • Uitsturen van prijsvragen naar leveranciers en prijsvergelijkingen opstellen
  • Uitrekenen van prijscalculaties en bespreken met de klant, zowel voor B2B als voor B2C
  • Aanbieden van de gepaste technische oplossing in lijn met de klantenbehoeften
  • Verlenen van technisch advies
  • Opvolging van de status van de offertes
  • Aanmaken van het technisch dossier
  • Informatieoverdracht naar de dienst uitvoering
  • Ondersteuning van de projectleider

Met wie werk je samen:

  • Zaakvoerder: je rapporteert aan hem
  • Team calculatie: je maakt deel uit van een team calculators met allen een diverse achtergrond waar samenwerken belangrijk is
  • Klanten: je bouwt goede langetermijnrelaties op en hebt een klantgerichte attitude
  • Leveranciers: je bouwt vlotte relaties op voor snelle service
  • Projectleiders: je werkt nauw samen met het team uitvoering om een perfecte uitvoering te garanderen
  • Opleiding: niveau bachelor of minstens 3 jaar relevante werkervaring
  • Ervaring: bagage als project support/ administratief bediende in de bouw is een troef, maar we bieden we graag training en ondersteuning aan enthousiaste kandidaten met een andere achtergrond
  • Talenkennis: je bent communicatief sterk in het Nederlands, kennis van Frans is een pluspunt
  • Je bent analytisch ingesteld en cijfermatig sterk
  • Nauwkeurigheid en discipline zit in jouw DNA
  • Vlotte pc-vaardigheden: je bent bekend met de meest courante Microsoft applicaties, je kan vlot overweg met een CRM/ERP-pakket
