Onze klant is een toonaangevende algemene aannemer in klasse 7, gespecialiseerd in de industriebouw. Met meer dan 40 jaar ervaring realiseren zij uitdagende sleutel-op-de-deurprojecten in diverse sectoren, waaronder voeding, logistiek, productie en automotive.

Jobomschrijving

Voor onze Kempense klant zoeken we een Calculator-verkoper die graag cijfers laat kloppen én projecten mee in beweging zet. In deze rol duik je in uitdagende industriebouwprojecten, van eerste voorontwerp tot nauwkeurige kostprijsberekening. Je werkt mee aan dossiers die vragen om een scherpe blik, een vlotte pen en een gezonde portie nieuwsgierigheid.

Je dag is lekker afwisselend en bestaat onder meer uit:

  • het opstellen van voorontwerpen voor industriële projecten;
  • het maken van voorcalculaties en kostprijsberekeningen;
  • het opvragen en vergelijken van prijzen bij leveranciers en onderaannemers;
  • het analyseren en controleren van dossiers, meetstaten en bijhorende documenten;
  • het rapporteren aan de hoofdverkoop en mee bewaken van deadlines;
  • meedenken over haalbaarheid, optimalisatie en commerciële opportuniteiten;
  • het ondersteunen van sleutel-op-de-deurprojecten in voeding, logistiek, productie en automotive.

Je krijgt de kans om mee te bouwen aan projecten met impact, in een omgeving waar vakkennis, samenwerking en een gezonde dosis tempo hand in hand gaan. Als calculator bij Onze klant ben je dus niet zomaar met cijfers bezig: je vertaalt plannen naar concrete offertes en helpt klanten vooruit met duidelijke, doordachte oplossingen.

Deze vacature kan ook het begin zijn van een mooi groeitraject naar werfleiding of projectleiding. Ben je perfect gelukkig op de calculatie afdeling? Het is allemaal bespreekbaar!

Voor deze functie zoekt Onze klant een enthousiaste starter of pas afgestudeerde kandidaat met een sterke interesse in bouw en calculatie. Je hoeft nog geen jaren ervaring te hebben, maar je mag wel zin hebben om snel te leren, mee te denken en verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen.

We verwachten in grote lijnen dit profiel:

  • je hebt een masterdiploma in een bouwkundige richting of een gelijkwaardige achtergrond;
  • je hebt een sterke interesse in industriebouw en algemene bouw;
  • je bent analytisch, nauwkeurig en houdt ervan om dossiers tot op de bodem uit te pluizen;
  • je communiceert vlot en duidelijk, zowel intern als extern;
  • je bent administratief sterk en werkt gestructureerd;
  • je bent resultaatgericht, flexibel en ondernemend ingesteld;
  • je kan goed samenwerken, maar neemt ook zelfstandig initiatief;
  • je bent niet bang om vragen te stellen en nieuwe dingen snel op te pikken.

Extra punten scoor je als je al een eerste kennismaking hebt met voorcalculatie, aanbestedingen, prijsvergelijkingen of bouwtechnische software. Maar vooral: je hebt goesting om te groeien in een rol waar cijfers, communicatie en bouw samenkomen.
