Jouw functie als CALCULATOR:

Als CALCULATOR speel je een cruciale rol binnen de calculatiedienst. Je werkt zowel aan klassieke aanbestedingen als bouwteamprojecten, PPS-dossiers, design- & build wedstrijden en promotiedossiers. Met het oog op het opstellen van realistische prijsoffertes, hou je voeling met de uitvoering en doe je regelmatig een werfbezoek.

Je takenpakket als CALCULATOR omvat onder andere:

  • Je maakt een analyse van het lastenboek bij aanbestedingen en voert kostprijscalculaties uit voor klasse 8 bouwprojecten.
  • Je vraagt prijsoffertes aan en je maakt grondige vergelijkingen tussen offertes van leveranciers en onderaannemers.
  • Je zoekt in overleg met de werkvoorbereiding naar uitvoeringsmethoden en mogelijke varianten
  • Samen met het team breng je het volledige aanbestedingsproces tot een goed einde.
  • Op het einde van het project word je betrokken in de feedback over de nacalculatie.

Je werkt in een team van 7 calculators en één diensthoofd, met leeftijden tussen 30 en 50 jaar, waar kennisdeling en samenwerking centraal staan.

  • Je beschikt over een Bachelor of Master in Bouwkunde, Architectuur of Ingenieurswetenschappen
  • Je hebt reeds ervaring in calculatie binnen de bouwsector (ervaring in klasse 7 residentieel, mag ook)
  • Je bent vaardig met calculatieprogramma’s
  • Je hebt een goed werktempo en kan goed omgaan met strakke deadlines
  • Je hebt een stabiel CV en bent gemotiveerd om je carrière verder uit te bouwen binnen een calculatiedienst
  • Je woont in de regio Antwerpen
