Reken op uitdagende maatwerkprojecten, nauw contact met klanten en leveranciers en een enthousiast team dat samen bouwt aan indrukwekkende realisaties.

Als Calculator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het technisch en commercieel uitwerken van aanvragen van aannemers, projectontwikkelaars en bouwheren.

Je takenpakket omvat onder andere:

  • Analyseren van lastenboeken, plannen en technische projectdossiers
  • Opstellen van technisch onderbouwde en correcte offertes
  • Berekenen van projectkosten en uitwerken van geschikte oplossingen
  • Onderhouden van contacten met leveranciers, partners en klanten om de beste technische en commerciële voorstellen te realiseren
  • Adviseren van klanten en het overtuigen van hen met een kwalitatieve en competitieve offerte
  • Opvolgen van aanvragen en offertetrajecten
  • Samenwerken met collega's binnen het commerciële team
  • Nauw afstemmen met de afdelingen Uitvoering en Projectbeheer om een vlotte overdracht van dossiers te garanderen
  • Bijdragen aan de realisatie van uitdagende bouwprojecten binnen de project- en residentiële markt

Wij zoeken een kandidaat die techniek, commercieel inzicht en klantgerichtheid weet te combineren.

Je profiel:

  • Je beschikt over een professionele bachelor of masteropleiding in een bouwkundige richting, of je hebt relevante ervaring en een sterke affiniteit met de bouwsector
  • Je hebt technisch inzicht en kunt bouwplannen en lastenboeken correct interpreteren
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en bouwt graag duurzame relaties op met klanten en partners
  • Je beschikt over commerciële vaardigheden en overtuigingskracht
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail
  • Je bent resultaatgericht en neemt initiatief
  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken, maar functioneert ook goed binnen een team
