Als Calculator combineer je techniek, commercie en calculatie en krijg je volop de mogelijkheid om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. Voor een toonaangevende specialist in Noord-Holland zoeken wij een Calculator. De organisatie werkt dagelijks aan uiteenlopende bouwprojecten. Je komt terecht in een ervaren en betrokken team waar veel technische kennis aanwezig is en collega's nauw met elkaar samenwerken. Wat ga je doen? Als Calculator begeleid je het traject van offerteaanvraag tot een complete aanbieding. Je verdiept je in het project, beoordeelt welke oplossing technisch en commercieel het beste past en zorgt voor een juiste prijsvorming. Daarbij kijk je verder dan alleen de aangeleverde aanvraag. Is het plan uitvoerbaar? Zijn er technische aandachtspunten? Kan het slimmer, efficiënter of anders? Met jouw technische en cijfermatige inzicht denk je actief mee. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Calculeren van offerteaanvragen voor verschillende paal- en funderingssystemen; - Bepalen van de juiste prijsvorming; - Beoordelen van de technische en commerciële haalbaarheid van projecten; - Controleren van plannen op uitvoerbaarheid en constructieve aspecten; - Signaleren en uitwerken van mogelijke alternatieven; - Opstellen en voorbereiden van aanbiedingen; - Adviseren van verkoop, uitvoering en klanten. Wie zoeken wij? Je hoeft nog niet alles te weten van funderingstechniek. Ervaren collega's begeleiden je intensief en leren je de verschillende technieken en mogelijkheden kennen. Belangrijker is dat je technisch inzicht hebt, graag met cijfers werkt en nieuwsgierig bent naar de bouw.
