FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Voor een groeiende en financieel gezonde bouwonderneming zoeken we een Calculator Bouw met commerciële flair. In deze sleutelpositie combineer je technische expertise met commercieel inzicht en speel je een belangrijke rol in het binnenhalen van rendabele projecten. Je bent het aanspreekpunt tussen klanten, leveranciers, onderaannemers en het interne team en draagt actief bij aan de verdere groei van de onderneming.

  • Analyseren van plannen, lastenboeken en technische dossiers.
  • Opmaken van correcte en competitieve prijsberekeningen en offertes.
  • Vergelijken en evalueren van offertes van leveranciers en onderaannemers.
  • Actief meedenken over commerciële opportuniteiten en rendabele uitvoeringsmethodes.
  • Bespreken en verdedigen van calculaties binnen het team.
  • Onderhouden van professionele contacten met klanten en uitbouwen van duurzame relaties.
  • Werken met een ERP-systeem voor een efficiënte opvolging van projecten.

PROFIEL

  • Bachelor diploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring binnen de bouwsector.
  • Ervaring in calculatie, werkvoorbereiding of projectopvolging binnen de bouw.
  • Commercieel ingesteld met sterke onderhandelings- en overtuigingsvaardigheden.
  • Vlotte communicatie in zowel Nederlands als Frans.
  • Sterk analytisch vermogen en een goed technisch inzicht.
  • Nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en cijfermatig sterk.
  • Zelfstandig kunnen werken en tegelijk een echte teamspeler zijn.
  • Stressbestendig en resultaatgericht, ook bij strakke deadlines.
  • Goede kennis van MS Office, in het bijzonder Excel.
