Vivaldis Technics Bedienden is op zoek naar een Calculator voor onze klant in Beringen. Onze klant is een toonaangevend familiebedrijf dat gespecialiseerd is in grond- en afbraakwerken, infrastructuur en waterbouw.

Jouw takenpakket als Calculator bestaat uit:

  • Prijsberekening van A tot Z: Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de volledige calculatie van complexe projecten, van de eerste analyse van bestekken tot de finale offerte.
  • Marktverkenning: Je vraagt prijzen op bij leveranciers en onderaannemers, vergelijkt deze kritisch en selecteert de beste partners.
  • Technisch inzicht: Je voert plaatsbezoeken uit en interpreteert plannen om de exacte hoeveelheden en benodigde materialen te bepalen.
  • Projectopvolging: Ook tijdens de uitvoering blijf je betrokken door kosten te monitoren en samen met de projectleiding te zoeken naar financiële optimalisaties.
  • Nacalculatie: Na oplevering analyseer je de rentabiliteit en trek je lessen uit de cijfers om toekomstige offertes nog scherper te stellen.

Profiel

Als Calculator herken je jezelf in volgende punten:

  • Ervaring: Je hebt minstens 3 jaar relevante ervaring in een soortgelijke functie, bij voorkeur binnen de grondwerken of infrastructuur.
  • Analytisch vermogen: Je werkt uiterst nauwkeurig, houdt van cijfers en bent bedreven in Excel en specifieke calculatiesoftware.
  • Proactieve houding: Je denkt verder dan de cijfers en stelt proactief efficiëntere uitvoeringsmethodes voor.
  • Teamplayer: Je bent communicatief vaardig en werkt vlot samen met zowel de commerciële afdeling als de mensen op het terrein.
