Huurdeman krijg je daarin een zelfstandige en verantwoordelijke rol. Je verzorgt calculaties voor uiteenlopende bouwprojecten, denkt mee over de beste werkwijze en adviseert over bouwkosten. Dat doe je zowel tijdens tenders als binnen bouwteams. Je analyseert plannen en tekeningen, brengt de benodigde werkzaamheden en kosten in kaart en zorgt voor een heldere en onderbouwde calculatie. Daarbij kijken we verder dan alleen de cijfers. Met jouw ervaring zie je waar kansen liggen, signaleer je risico's en adviseer je over bouwkosten en de manier waarop een project het beste kan worden aangepakt. Je werkt zelfstandig aan calculaties voor tenders en bouwteams. Ook verzorg je nacalculaties, zodat we inzichten uit afgeronde projecten meenemen naar volgende projecten. Onze projecten zijn vrijwel allemaal uniek. Geen herhaling van hetzelfde concept, maar uiteenlopende bouwopgaven met een omvang van ongeveer €1 miljoen tot €10 à €12 miljoen. Dat vraagt om inzicht, nauwkeurigheid en iemand die graag zelf verantwoordelijkheid neemt. Het is een uitdagende rol waarin je jezelf kunt ontwikkelen en volop doorgroeimogelijkheden hebt. We begeleiden je daarin en hebben zelfs een eigen academie, gericht op jouw wensen en kwaliteiten!
