Je bent de spil in het voortraject van onze projecten en analyseert aanbestedingen en private prijsaanvragen van A tot Z. Jouw expertise zorgt ervoor dat we scherpe, technisch haalbare en rendabele offertes kunnen neerleggen.

Jobomschrijving

Dossieranalyse: Je bestudeert grondig de plannen, bestek en meetstaat.Kostprijsberekening: Je beheert het volledig calculatieproces binnen het KPD vNext platform en stelt gedetailleerde begrotingen op. Technisch advies: Je denkt creatief mee over alternatieve uitvoeringsmethoden en/of materialen om projecten te optimaliserenOffertebeheer: Je maakt prijsvergelijkingen van onderaannemers en leveranciers ter integratie in je begrotingOverdracht: Na gunning zorg je voor een vlekkeloze dossieroverdracht naar de aankoopafdeling en uitvoeringsteamOverleg: Je overlegt op regelmatige basis met de afdeling aankoop en uitvoering ter bewaking en bijsturing van te hanteren prijzen en rendementen

Je beschikt over een Bachelor of Master, bij voorkeur in Bouwkunde of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaringJe hebt een aantal jaar ervaring als calculator in de wegenbouw of infrastructuurJe bent vertrouwt met software zoals KPD vNext.Je werkt nauwkeurig, bent analystisch sterk en kan goed omgaan met deadlinesJe bent een teamplayer die ook autonoom beslissingen durft te nemenJe combineert je analytische geest met de no-nonsense mentaliteit van een familiebedrijf
