Hier ben jij geen tandwieltje in de machine, maar een onmisbare schakel in de missie om klanten keer op keer te verrassen en tevreden te stellen.   • Je gaat samen met een ervaren team de meest uitdagende bouwprojecten binnenhalen
  • Je maakt gedetailleerde analyses van bouwknopen, zonder het globale overzicht te verliezen
  • Je bent in staat om zelfstandig, na analyse en interpretatie van de bouwtechnische details, een nauwgezette en volledige prijsberekening op te stellen
  • Je gaat proactief in gesprek met de verkoper en potentiële klant, en bestudeerd grondig de plannen, meetstaten en lastenboeken. Al deze informatie vertaal jij dan naar een offerte in het eigen calculatiesysteem
  • Je werkt samen met de verkoper, projectvoorbereider en projectleider
  • Je onderhoudt nauwe contacten met onderaannemers, klanten en leveranciers
  • Je brengt graag jouw expertise tot bij de klant ter ondersteuning van de bouwconsulent
  • Calculeren is voor jou meer dan alleen bezig zijn met getallen. Door jouw bouwkundig inzicht zorg je voor een commercieel concept!
  • Je hebt een bacheloropleiding in de bouw achter de rug
  • Je hebt liefst al een eerste werkervaring in een vergelijkbare functie, maar dit is niet vereist
  • Je bent niet alleen cijfermatig sterk, je beschikt ook over een goede dosis commercieel inzicht
  • Je bent een echte teamplayer
  • Je geniet van de spetterende dynamiek die ontstaat bij het realiseren van ambitieuze doelen
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig
  • Je kan zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband presteren
