Deze stabiele KMO realiseert al meer dan 32 jaar hoogwaardige maatwerkprojecten voor professionele en particuliere klanten binnen onder meer horeca, zorg, onderwijs, publieke organisaties en interieurprojecten. Met een team van een 13-tal medewerkers en de tweede generatie aan het roer combineren ze vakkennis en kwaliteit met duidelijke ambities voor de toekomst.

Alles wordt op maat uitgewerkt en geproduceerd in het eigen atelier. Dankzij de vlakke structuur worden beslissingen snel genomen en hebben goede ideeën rechtstreeks impact. Calculatie vormt hier een belangrijke schakel tussen sales, aankoop, techniek en uitvoering. Wie initiatief neemt en verantwoordelijkheid opneemt, krijgt de kans om zichtbaar mee te bouwen aan projecten en aan de verdere professionalisering van de onderneming.

Van technisch dossier naar rendabel project

Als Calculator vertaal je plannen, lastenboeken en technische specificaties naar correcte en onderbouwde kostprijzen. Je bekijkt niet alleen wat een project kost, maar denkt ook mee over technische haalbaarheid, aankoop, leverancierskeuzes en uitvoering.

Concreet:

  • Je analyseert plannen, lastenboeken en technische specificaties.
  • Je maakt gedetailleerde kostprijsberekeningen en offertes voor technische maatwerkprojecten.
  • Je werkt aanbestedingsdossiers uit via onder meer BOSA en e-Procurement.
  • Je verwerkt calculaties en offertes in Microsoft Business Central en het CRM-systeem.
  • Je vraagt leveranciersoffertes op en vergelijkt deze op prijs, kwaliteit, technische toepasbaarheid en voorwaarden.
  • Je onderhoudt telefonisch contact met leveranciers en onderhandelt waar nodig.
  • Je denkt samen met het management mee over de optimalisatie van de inkoopstrategie.
  • Je adviseert het projectteam bij aankopen, materiaalkeuzes en financiële afwegingen.
  • Je onderhoudt contact met klanten, bouwheren, leveranciers en andere betrokken partners.
  • Je volgt projecten en werven mee op.
  • Je controleert of de nodige nutsvoorzieningen correct zijn uitgevoerd, zodat projecten vlot kunnen worden geplaatst en opgeleverd.
  • Je koppelt ervaringen uit de uitvoering terug naar toekomstige calculaties.
  • Je signaleert verbeterpunten binnen calculatie, aankoop en projectvoorbereiding.

Naast je hoofdverantwoordelijkheden spring je waar nodig beperkt bij in eerstelijnstelefonie, onthaal of administratie.

Je bent analytisch en cijfermatig sterk, maar kijkt verder dan de cijfers alleen. Je wilt begrijpen hoe een project technisch en financieel in elkaar zit en denkt actief mee over betere oplossingen.

Je werkt zelfstandig en gestructureerd, bewaakt je prioriteiten en durft beslissingen te onderbouwen. Tegelijk communiceer je vlot met leveranciers, collega's, klanten en projectpartners. Je wacht niet af wanneer iets beter kan en voelt je goed in een omgeving waar initiatief en vooruitgang gewaardeerd worden.

Voor deze functie zoeken we iemand met:

  • Relevante ervaring in calculatie binnen de bouwsector of een vergelijkbare technische projectomgeving.
  • Kennis van kostprijsberekeningen, offertes en aanbestedingsdossiers.
  • Sterk technisch en cijfermatig inzicht.
  • Kennis van materialen en bouwprocessen.
  • Een proactieve en oplossingsgerichte werkstijl.
  • De zelfstandigheid om dossiers van analyse tot opvolging te beheren.
  • Voldoende commerciële maturiteit om leveranciers kritisch te bevragen en professioneel te onderhandelen.
  • De ambitie om breder mee te denken dan de eigen calculaties.

Ervaring met professionele keukenbouw of technisch maatwerk is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste. Belangrijker zijn technisch inzicht, proceskennis, leergierigheid en de drive om samen met de zaakvoerders zaken vooruit te trekken.
