The posting

Na een intense inwerkperiode, die oa bestaat uit een technische opleiding door onze leveranciers, ben je vertrouwd met onze organisatie, producten en klanten. Met je nieuw verworven bagage zal je instaan voor een duidelijke en gedetailleerde prijscalculatie voor onze projecten.

● Je bestudeert en analyseert met de klant en de projectleider nauwgezet de plannen, meetstaten en eventueel lastenboeken, bouwt het dossier op om tot een concurrentiële en gedetailleerde prijscalculatie te komen.

● Je verzamelt alle info voor het bepalen van de noden en het budget van het project.

● Je bent een echte teamplayer en vormt een tandem met de projectleiders.

● Je stemt jouw calculatie af op de planning, uitvoering, materiaalkeuze en kwaliteit en oppert verbetersuggesties ter optimalisatie.

● Je houdt rekening met deadlines van onze klanten bij het uitwerken van een volledig dossier.

● Je denkt creatief mee met de klant en stuurt bij waar nodig.

● Bij de uitvoering van het project sta je in nauw contact met de projectleiders om

toe te zien op een correcte uitvoering van de gecalculeerde opdracht.

● Je staat in voor de nacalculatie en gaat daarbij kritisch en uiterst accuraat te werk.

● Werken op zaterdagvoormiddag is voor jou geen probleem.

● Je bent ingenieur bouwkunde of hebt een bouwkundige opleiding genoten.

● Je hebt een passie voor calculatie. Je goochelt met cijfers en kan uitstekend het overzicht behouden.

● Je bent vlot drietalig (NL, FR, ENG).

● Je hebt reeds een vijftal jaar werkervaring in een klantgerichte functie in de bouwsector. Ervaring op een werf is een pluspunt.

● Je kan vlot overweg met het MS Office pakket. Excel kent geen geheimen voor jou.

● Je bent service-minded. Klantgericht en proactief denken zitten in jouw DNA, probleemoplossend handelen vind je vanzelfsprekend.

● Je bent leergierig en verwerkt snel nieuwe informatie.

● Je werkt accuraat en hebt oog voor elk detail.

● Je bent een teamplayer en stelt je low-profile en sympathiek op naar je collega’s toe.

● Je durft creatief en out-of-the box te denken.

● Je gaat planmatig te werk, goed gestructureerd en kan prioriteiten stellen.

● Je bent flexibel.

● Je kan autonoom werken en durft verantwoordelijkheid te nemen.
