Als calculator bij A.HakHak Leidingbouw op locatie Purmerend houd je je voornamelijk bezig met het maken van calculaties voor leidingbouwprojecten. Op deze locatie wordt specialistisch werk uitgevoerd op het gebied van watertransportleidingen, boringen en riolering, waarbij jij nauw betrokken gaat zijn. Denk bijvoorbeeld aan projecten zoals Pallas in Petten, waar wordt gewerkt aan een nieuwe, moderne kernreactor voor de productie van medische isotopen. Je beoordeelt de aanvragen van opdrachtgevers en het aangeleverde bestek, bepaalt hoe een project het beste kan worden uitgevoerd en wat daarvoor nodig is: van machines, manuren en materialen tot de inrichting van het werkterrein en de te verwachten omgevingsfactoren. Je haalt informatie op bij leveranciers, overlegt met collega's en eventueel onderaannemers, berekent de kostprijs en kunt onderdeel zijn van een bouwteam met de opdrachtgever en andere partijen. Het draait zeker niet alleen om de prijs: vaak wordt gekeken naar de economisch meest voordelige inschrijving (EMVI). Het is dus belangrijk dat je deze systematiek goed begrijpt en snel doorhebt waar de opdrachtgever de meeste waarde aan hecht. Daarnaast stel je de tender/calculatieplanning en projectplanning op, maak je een QuickScan-contract met kansen en risico's en zorg je dat projecten goed voorbereid zijn. Als er even geen calculatiewerk is, help je ook mee met de werkvoorbereiding. Je pakt op wat nodig is: van prijsonderhandelingen en budgetbepaling tot het uitnodigen van de juiste leveranciers....
