Wij zijn op zoek naar een calculator die ons team komt versterken. Onze specialisatie ligt in het realiseren van betere infrastructuur. Dit doen we via onze activiteiten in grondverzet, afbraakwerken, waterbouw, wegenwerken, enzovoort.

Je staat in voor het technisch en financieel voorbereiden van projecten, zodat alles correct en efficiënt kan worden opgestart.

Wat kan er aan bod komen?

  • Analyseren van plannen, lastenboeken en dossiers
  • Opstellen van kostprijsberekeningen voor projecten
  • Inschatten van hoeveelheden, materialen en werkmethodes
  • Opvragen en vergelijken van prijzen bij leveranciers
  • Uitwerken van offertes en voorbereiding van projecten
  • Afstemmen met interne diensten en opvolgen van dossiers
  • Meewerken aan nacalculatie en optimalisaties
  • Enz.

Je beschikt over een bouwkundige achtergrond (master bouw/ingenieur) of hebt reeds ervaring binnen calculatie in de sector. Ervaring binnen grond-, afbraak- of waterbouwwerken is een sterke troef, net als kennis van KPD software. Een rijbewijs B is noodzakelijk, kennis van Nederlands en Frans is een meerwaarde.

We bieden een voltijdse of 4/5de functie binnen een stabiel en familiaal bedrijf. Je krijgt een aantrekkelijk loon volgens jouw ervaring in PC200, aangevuld met maaltijdcheques, ecocheques, hospitalisatie- en groepsverzekering. Daarnaast stellen we ook de nodige tools ter beschikking zoals laptop, gsm en firmawagen.
