Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Analyseren van lastenboeken, plannen en prijsaanvragen.
  • Berekenen van kostprijzen voor HVAC-projecten.
  • Correct inschatten van benodigde werkuren, materialen en middelen.
  • Opstellen van uitgebreide en technisch onderbouwde offertes.
  • Opmaken van meetstaten en prijsberekeningen.
  • Aanvragen, vergelijken en beoordelen van offertes bij leveranciers.
  • Evalueren van technische specificaties en deze aftoetsen aan de projectvereisten.
  • Zoeken naar technisch haalbare en economisch interessante oplossingen.
  • Verdedigen en toelichten van offertes bij klanten.
  • Samenwerken met projectleiders, leveranciers en klanten om tot de beste oplossingen te komen.

Je combineert technische expertise met een analytisch denkvermogen en een commerciële ingesteldheid.

Wat breng je mee?

  • Je beschikt over een bacheloropleiding in klimatisering, elektromechanica of een vergelijkbare technische richting.
  • Je hebt enkele jaren relevante ervaring binnen HVAC-installaties.
  • Je beschikt over een grondige kennis van HVAC-materialen, ventilatie, verwarming en warmtepompsystemen.
  • Je hebt een sterk technisch inzicht en kan plannen en lastenboeken vlot interpreteren.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je bent analytisch sterk en denkt oplossingsgericht.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je dossiers.
  • Je communiceert helder en professioneel met klanten, leveranciers en collega's.
  • Je bent commercieel ingesteld en weet technische voorstellen overtuigend toe te lichten.
