Functie inhoud Als calculator ben jij degene die de kostprijs van een project bepaalt. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan uit het aanvragen en verwerken van offertes, het opstellen van gespecificeerde begrotingen, het maken van ramingen en het uittrekken van hoeveelheden voor een grote diversiteit aan bouwprojecten. Daarnaast beoordeel je verschillende contractstukken, formuleer je bezuinigingsvoorstellen voor de prijsonderhandelingen en zorg je voor de overdracht van gegevens aan het projectteam. Dit alles ten behoeve van diverse bouwprojecten. Binnen het team werk je samen met je collega's om elk project zo succesvol mogelijk af te ronden.
