Vanuit tekeningen, bestekken en klantvragen bepaal jij wat technisch nodig is en vertaal je dit naar een betrouwbare kostprijs en duidelijke offerte. Wat ga je doen? Je bent betrokken bij projecten vanaf de aanvraag- en tenderfase en werkt nauw samen met projectleiders, engineers, werkvoorbereiders, leveranciers en onderaannemers. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Je analyseert bestekken, tekeningen, technische specificaties en klantvragen; - Je stelt kostprijsberekeningen, begrotingen en offertes op voor technische installaties; - Je berekent benodigde materialen, uren, materieel en werkzaamheden van onderaannemers; - Je vraagt offertes en prijzen op bij leveranciers en onderaannemers en vergelijkt deze; - Je denkt mee over technische alternatieven, materiaalkeuzes en mogelijke kostenbesparingen; - Je signaleert technische en financiële risico's en neemt deze mee in je calculatie; - Je ondersteunt projectleiders en engineers met technische en financiële informatie; - Je draagt waar nodig bij aan het technisch ontwerp en de pre-engineering van projecten.
