Voor onze klant in regio Komen, actief in de bouwsector, zijn wij op zoek naar een Calculator

De functie Als Calculator ben je verantwoordelijk voor de kostprijsberekening van industriële en agrarische gebouwen in België en Frankrijk. Je analyseert plannen en technische dossiers en vertaalt deze naar correcte en haalbare offertes. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met het commercieel team, vertegenwoordigers, leveranciers, onderaannemers en andere betrokken collega's.

  • Je analyseert plannen, voorontwerpen en technische dossiers.
  • Je maakt nauwkeurige kostprijsberekeningen en vraagt prijzen op bij leveranciers en onderaannemers.
  • Je bewaakt de technische en financiële haalbaarheid van projecten.
  • Je verdiept je in de Franse normen, regelgeving en vergunningsvoorwaarden.
  • Je ondersteunt vertegenwoordigers met technische informatie en denkt mee over optimale en rendabele oplossingen voor de klant.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met het commercieel team en andere betrokken collega's.

Extra troef: heb je ervaring als vertegenwoordiger? Dan kan je deze functie combineren met een commerciële rol.

  • Je hebt een bachelor in Bouwkunde of Agro. Ervaring in calculatie of de bouw is een pluspunt.
  • Je hebt een sterk technisch inzicht en haalt energie uit cijfers en kostprijsberekeningen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je houdt van deadlines en uitdagingen en bent niet bang om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen.
  • Je bent positief, gedreven en hands-on ingesteld.
  • Je werkt graag samen en functioneert goed binnen een team.
  • Je kan overweg met Frans.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met MS Office, in het bijzonder Excel.
