Dan ben je bij ons aan het juiste adres. Calculator 0,8-1 FTE De functie In deze functie ben jij de spil in het calculatie- en voorbereidingsproces van onze projecten. Met jouw kennis van de CROW 96a/b-richtlijnen en je inzicht in de werkwijze van gemeenten en bedrijven werk je nauw samen met de klant om onderbouwde calculaties en scherpe offertes op te stellen. Je stelt kostprijsbegrotingen op, signaleert afwijkingen en denkt actief mee over besparingsmogelijkheden. Of het nu gaat om het afprijzen van uitgewerkte verkeerstekeningen of het doorrekenen van faseringen, afzettingen en omleidingen: jij vertaalt iedere aanvraag soepel naar een heldere, goed onderbouwde calculatie. Je werkt voor een brede groep opdrachtgevers: eigenlijk voor iedereen die iets naast, op, onder of boven de weg uitvoert. Of het nu gaat om een evenement, asfaltwerkzaamheden, brugonderhoud of de aanleg van kabels en leidingen, waarbij deze laatste groep onze belangrijkste klant vormt. Kortom, jij weet wat er speelt. Met jouw commerciële inzicht en sterke communicatieve vaardigheden onderhoud je moeiteloos contact met gemeenten, klanten en andere betrokken partijen. Je begeleidt klanten bij faseringen en aanbestedingen en zorgt voor heldere rapportages, waarmee je bijdraagt aan een professioneel en efficiënt verloop van ieder project. In nauwe samenwerking met collega's specificeer, vraag en beoordeel je offertes en stel je complete aanbestedings- en projectdocumentatie samen, waarbij goede afstemming essentieel is.
