In deze rol neem jij het voortouw bij de financiële en technische voorbereiding van uitdagende bouwprojecten. Jouw dag draait om:

  • Het grondig analyseren van de plannen, bestekken en meetstaten om een glashelder beeld te krijgen van de nodige materialen en manuren.
  • Het opvragen en kritisch vergelijken van offertes bij onderaannemers en leveranciers, waarbij je telkens de scherpste prijs-kwaliteitverhouding weet te negotiëren.
  • Het nauwkeurig berekenen van de kostprijzen voor zowel ruwbouw als afwerking, zodat het project budgettair perfect op koers ligt voor de start.
  • Het signaleren en proactief oplossen van eventuele tegenstrijdigheden of technische risico's in het dossier om onaangename verrassingen te vermijden.
  • Het nauw samenwerken met het projectteam en de directie tijdens de overdracht, zodat zij met een waterdicht dossier de werf op kunnen.

Profiel

Als gedreven calculator bezit je de nodige dosis nieuwsgierigheid en neem je van nature ownership over je dossiers.

  • Je beschikt over een aantal jaren relevante ervaring in een gelijkaardige analytische functie binnen de ruwbouw of algemene utiliteitsbouw.
  • Een grondige kennis van moderne bouwtechnieken en het vlot kunnen lezen en interpreteren van complexe plannen en schema's kenmerken jouw expertise.
  • Collega's omschrijven jou als een cijfermatig talent met een scherp oog voor detail dat ook onder tijdsdruk de nodige rust en structuur bewaart.
  • Ervaring met openbare aanbestedingen of het bezit van een specifiek bouwtechnisch diploma is een grote troef om meteen vlot te kunnen schakelen.
