Als hoofd van de calculatieafdeling neem je een sleutelpositie in binnen een elektrotechnisch bedrijf dat inzet op innovatie en samenwerking. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het volledige offertetraject en speelt een cruciale rol in het binnenhalen van nieuwe projecten. Je combineert technische expertise met leiderschap en commerciële flair.

  • Leiden en organiseren van de calculatiedienst, inclusief efficiënte werkverdeling en planning
  • Opstellen van nauwkeurige, marktconforme prijscalculaties voor elektrotechnische installaties
  • Onderhouden van nauwe contacten met klanten, architecten, studiebureaus en leveranciers
  • Proactief opvolgen van offertes en verhogen van de conversie naar effectieve opdrachten
  • Bezoeken van potentiële projecten en analyseren van technische en commerciële haalbaarheid
  • Zorgen voor een vlotte overdracht van dossiers naar de projectleiding
  • Rechtstreeks rapporteren aan de directie en meedenken over strategische keuzes
  • Coachen, begeleiden en ontwikkelen van teamleden om groei en kwaliteit te stimuleren

Voor deze leidinggevende functie zoeken we een ervaren professional met een stevige technische basis en een talent voor organisatie en communicatie. Je bent analytisch ingesteld, klantgericht en weet je team te motiveren om samen sterke resultaten neer te zetten.

  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma in elektriciteit of elektromechanica, of je hebt een gelijkwaardige ervaring opgebouwd.
  • Dankzij je jarenlange ervaring in prijscalculatie binnen de elektrotechniek weet je snel en accuraat inschattingen te maken.
  • Je hebt diepgaande kennis van de markt, materialen en regelgeving, vooral met betrekking tot overheidsopdrachten.
  • Het lezen van technische plannen en het bepalen van kostprijzen en uitvoeringsmethodes vormen voor jou geen uitdaging.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels en bent bedreven in het gebruik van Excel.
  • Je hebt bewezen leiderschapskwaliteiten en weet hoe je een team inspireert, aanstuurt en laat groeien.
  • Stressvolle situaties weet je professioneel aan te pakken; je werkt nauwkeurig en haalt deadlines met gemak.
  • Je denkt commercieel, hebt een sterk onderhandelingsvermogen en weet kansen in de markt te benutten.
