The posting

Voor een onze klant in Duffel zoeken wij een Calculator die een cruciale rol speelt binnen de voorbereiding en financiële onderbouwing van diverse bouwprojecten. In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het analyseren van bouwplannen en technische documenten en zorg je ervoor dat projecten correct en realistisch worden gecalculeerd. Dankzij jouw nauwkeurige kostprijsberekeningen kunnen projecten efficiënt worden opgestart en uitgevoerd.

Je werkt nauw samen met projectleiders, aankopers en andere interne stakeholders om ervoor te zorgen dat alle financiële en technische aspecten van een project goed onderbouwd zijn. Daarbij denk je niet alleen in cijfers, maar ook in optimalisaties en verbeteringen binnen het bouwproces.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Opstellen van gedetailleerde meetstaten op basis van bouwplannen, lastenboeken en technische documenten.
  • Analyseren van projectdossiers en berekenen van kostprijzen voor zowel ruwbouw als afwerking.
  • Opvragen, vergelijken en evalueren van offertes van aannemers en leveranciers.
  • Ondersteunen bij de selectie van geschikte partners voor de uitvoering van projecten.
  • Nauwgezet opvolgen van contracten en vorderingsstaten tijdens de voorbereidende fase.
  • Signaleren van mogelijke kostenoptimalisaties en efficiëntere werkmethodes binnen projecten.
  • Samenwerken met interne teams om projectinformatie te analyseren en financiële risico’s tijdig te detecteren.
  • Actief bijdragen aan het verbeteren van processen binnen calculatie en projectvoorbereiding.

Voor deze functie zoeken wij een analytisch sterke professional met interesse in de bouwsector en projectcalculatie. Je combineert een goed technisch inzicht met een sterke focus op detail en structuur. Daarnaast ben je iemand die graag met cijfers werkt en het overzicht bewaart binnen complexe projecten.

Je komt terecht in een omgeving waar nauwkeurigheid en samenwerking essentieel zijn. Daarom is het belangrijk dat je zowel zelfstandig kan werken als vlot kan communiceren met collega’s en externe partners.

Wij zoeken iemand die:

  • Beschikt over een technisch diploma, zoals een professionele bachelor of master in een ingenieursrichting (bv. bouwkunde) of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Sterke analytische vaardigheden heeft en een uitstekend cijfermatig inzicht bezit.
  • Nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en georganiseerd werkt bij het verwerken van technische en financiële informatie.
  • In staat is om meerdere dossiers tegelijk te beheren en prioriteiten te stellen.
  • Flexibel kan omgaan met wijzigingen in projectinformatie of deadlines.
  • Proactief meedenkt over kostenbesparingen en optimalisaties binnen projecten.
  • Vlot communiceert met interne stakeholders, aannemers en leveranciers.
  • Interesse heeft in bouwprojecten en zich graag verdiept in technische documentatie.
  • Flexibel is om tijdens de opleiding gedurende ongeveer één maand op het hoofdkantoor in Brugge te werken om de organisatie, systemen en werkwijzen grondig te leren kennen.
