KWS infra Rotterdam-Zwijndrecht speelt Champions League niveau en heeft een zeer goede reputatie in de regio Zuid-Holland opgebouwd. Hier zijn wij trots op. Als grootste wegenbouwer van Nederland helpen wij je in je verdere ontwikkeling en je carrière. Samen bouwen wij aan onze beiden toekomst en aan die van de volgende generatie. Jouw baan Als Calculator bij KWS Rotterdam-Zwijndrecht ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen van kostprijsberekeningen en het maken van begrotingen voor projecten op het gebied van wegenbouw. Dit kunnen kleine lokale projecten zijn vanaf € 10.000 tot grote infrastructurele projecten tot 100 miljoen euro. Denk hierbij aan projecten op het gebied van asfaltwerk, saneringen, grondwerk en riolering en van kleine RAW-werken tot grote integrale tenders met D&C contracten zoals de uitbreiding van containerterminal Rotterdam World Gateway (RWG). Het is elke keer wat anders. Je bent in staat om (complexe) projecten te doorgronden, verzorgt calculaties en spart met de afdeling inkoop betreft prijzen of vraagt deze zelf op. Verder maak je duurzame keuzes aan de voorkant, onderhoud je contacten met onze onderaannemers en werk je samen met onze tendermanagers en projectleiders om tot een winnende inschrijving te komen. Daarnaast bespreek je zelf de inschrijvingsstrategie met onze directie en zorg je zelf voor een goede overdracht naar onze uitvoeringsteams. Wat betreft duurzaamheid en het maken van de juiste keuzes. Dit is hopelijk voor jou net zo belangrijk als voor KWS. Zo werk je mee aan innovatieve oplossingen voor de wegenbouw, ben je proactief betrokken hoe we duurzame materialen en technieken beter kunnen toepassen en kunnen integreren in onze projecten.
