Onze klant, een gerenommeerd bedrijf in de regio Diepenbeek gespecialiseerd in ramen, deuren en zonneweringen, zoekt een gedreven Calculator en Opmeter. Met focus op kwaliteit, klanttevredenheid en innovatie hebben zij zich de afgelopen jaren bewezen als een betrouwbare speler in de sector.

Ben jij ervaren in meten en calculeren binnen de bouwsector en klaar voor een nieuwe uitdaging in een dynamische werkomgeving? Dan is dit jouw kans! Wat ga je doen? Als Calculator en Opmeter ben je verantwoordelijk voor zowel meet- als calculatiewerkzaamheden voor bouwprojecten. Je werkt nauw samen met projectleiders, werkvoorbereiders en collega's om projecten van start tot uitvoering nauwkeurig te berekenen en op te meten.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

Calculaties: Opstellen van offertes, begrotingen en kostprijscalculaties. Opmetingen: Uitvoeren van opmetingen op de werf om juiste hoeveelheden materialen en werkuren te bepalen. Aansteken van aanvragen: Prijzen aanvragen bij leveranciers en onderaannemers. Projectbegeleiding: Ondersteunen van het projectteam met technische berekeningen en opvolging van de voortgang. Technische ondersteuning: Verstrekken van technische details en berekeningen voor de uitvoering van projecten. Jouw profiel:

Diploma in bouwkunde (HBO-niveau of gelijkwaardig door ervaring). Minimaal 2–3 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie binnen de bouwsector. Kennis van calculatieprogramma's (bijv. WinBow, Cubus) en goede beheersing van Microsoft Office. Analytisch, oog voor detail en goed met cijfers en technische gegevens. Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden met collega's, klanten en leveranciers. Zelfstandig, nauwkeurig en teamgericht. In staat om deadlines te halen en onder druk te werken.

Je werkt deeltijds, van maandag tot en met vrijdag 4 uren per dag.
