Jobomschrijving

Als calculator speel je een centrale rol binnen het team van onze klant in Lummen. De functie omvat een breed scala aan verantwoordelijkheden, die rechtstreeks bijdragen aan het succes van onze projecten. Je berekent kostprijzen, vraagt offertes aan, analyseert deze en stelt prijsoffertes op voor zowel openbare aanbestedingen als privéprojecten. Daarnaast verzamel en analyseer je projectgegevens, voer je meetstaatcontroles uit op basis van plannen en lastenboeken, en zoek je naar alternatieve bouwoplossingen. Het implementeren van de BIM-aanpak en het op de hoogte blijven van de nieuwste technieken en regelgeving via interne en externe opleidingen behoren eveneens tot jouw takenpakket. Rapporteren doe je aan het hoofd van de studiedienst.

Wij zoeken een gedreven professional met de volgende kenmerken:

  • Diploma bouwkundig ingenieur of master in de architectuur, of gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring.
  • Relevante ervaring binnen de bouwsector.
  • Uitstekend ruimtelijk, technisch en cijfermatig inzicht.
  • Gestructureerd, nauwgezet en analytisch sterk.
  • Innovatief en enthousiast teamspeler.
  • Goede beheersing van Excel en Word.
  • Interesse in BIM Engineering; kennis van KPD Bouwoffice is een pluspunt.
  • Kennis van het Frans is een troef.
