Als calculator werk je in Capelle aan den IJssel nauw samen met de uitvoerder en een team van vakmensen aan reparatieverzoeken. Jij pakt alle offerteaanvragen op die via de mailbox binnenkomen en stelt deze op met behulp van een prijzenboek. Dit ga je doen: - Beheren en beoordelen van offerteaanvragen uit de mailbox; - Opstellen van duidelijke en scherpe offertes met het prijzenboek; - Afstemmen met de uitvoerder over complexere reparatieverzoeken; - Samenwerken met het team van vakmensen binnen het reparatieteam.

Het bedrijf in Capelle aan den IJssel is een bouwkundig aannemer met een informele, vriendelijke sfeer. Er wordt gewerkt aan nieuwbouw, renovatie en onderhoud. In een eigen timmerfabriek worden houten onderdelen op maat gemaakt, met aandacht voor duurzaam en energiezuinig werken. Je werkt in dagdienst van 7:30 tot 16:00 uur, 40 uur per week. Wie zoeken wij:- Je hebt minimaal een mbo 4-opleiding Bouwkunde of vergelijkbaar; - Je hebt relevante werk- of stage-ervaring; - Je bent vaardig met calculatieprogramma's; ervaring met Syntess Atrium of BouwWorks is een pre; - Je werkt systematisch en gestructureerd, ook onder druk, en je voelt je verantwoordelijk en collegiaal; - Je bent minimaal 32 uur per week beschikbaar.

Wat bieden wij jou:- Salaris tussen de €3.000 en €5.100 bruto per maand op basis van fulltime werken, afhankelijk van je kennis en ervaring; - Reiskostenvergoeding; - 25 vakantiedagen en 8% vakantiegeld; - Pensioenopbouw bij StiPP pensioenfonds; - Een jaarcontract met zicht op een vaste aanstelling; - Een informele werksfeer met oog voor jou als persoon; - Dagelijks vers fruit op kantoor; - Vast contract in het vooruitzicht!
