Onze klant is een klasse 6 bouwbedrijf gespecialiseerd in nieuwbouw, renovatie en interieur. Dit van zowel grote als kleine projecten. Van het droomhuis van elke gezin tot B2B projecten. Gelegen in de luwte van de Kempen situeren zich hun werven over heel Vlaanderen. Jobomschrijving

Calculator

Onze klant, een klasse 6 bouwbedrijf, zoekt een Calculator met een passie voor ruwbouw. Het bedrijf is gespecialiseerd in nieuwbouw, renovatie en interieur, zowel voor grote als kleine projecten. Ze zijn gelegen in de luwte van de Kempen en hebben werven over heel Vlaanderen. Als onderdeel van een warm familiebedrijf met een ondernemende geest, zul je jezelf snel thuis voelen. Hieronder vind je de gedetailleerde taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Verantwoordelijk voor de administratieve voorbereiding van calculatiedossiers.
  • Grondige analyse van aanbestedingsdossiers op basis van beschikbare documenten (plannen, lastenboek, meetstaten, uitvoeringsvoorwaarden, etc.).
  • Voorbereiden van prijsvragen en controleren van meetstaten op conformiteit met de plannen en het lastenboek.
  • Uitvoeren van prijsvragen bij onderaannemers en leveranciers, waaronder het nakijken, vergelijken en opnemen van de offertes in de kostprijsberekening.
  • Ondersteuning bieden aan projecten in uitvoering, met name bij de berekening van meer- of minwerken.

Profiel

  • Minstens een bachelor diploma in de bouw (ruwbouw tot afwerking) of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Schoolverlaters zijn welkom.
  • Gedreven, flexibel, resultaatgericht en opmerkzaam met oog voor detail.
  • Bekwaam in het lezen en interpreteren van bouwkundige en technische plannen.
  • Gedrevenheid en stressbestendigheid, met de mogelijkheid om deadlines te halen zonder het resultaat uit het oog te verliezen.
