Wij zoeken namelijk een ervaren calculator die technische keuzes, uitvoeringsaanpak, risico's en kosten weet samen te brengen. Samen met onze projectleiding, collega's in de uitvoering en het tenderteam denk je na over de beste bouwmethode, fasering, veiligheid, bereikbaarheid en planning. Dat maakt deze functie interessant: je rekent niet alleen uit wat iets kost, maar bepaalt ook mede hoe het werk slim, haalbaar en zorgvuldig uitgevoerd kan worden. Van RAW en UAV-GC tot D&C of bouwteam: jij brengt overzicht in de scope, risico's en uitvoerbaarheid. Heb je vragen over de functie, het calculatieteam of de projecten? Calculator beton en waterbouw (senior) WAT GA JE DOEN Als senior calculator bij De Boer & De Groot pak je calculaties van A tot Z op voor grote beton- en waterbouwprojecten. Binnen deze nuchtere, groeiende organisatie krijg je ruimte om de uitvoeringsaanpak te bepalen, alternatieven uit te werken en samen met het tenderteam tot een onderbouwde aanbieding te komen. In deze functie leg jij de technische en financiële basis onder nieuwe projecten. Of het nu gaat om RAW, UAV-GC, D&C of een bouwteam: jij brengt de scope, uitvoeringsmethode, risico's en kosten bij elkaar en werkt deze uit tot een onderbouwde aanbieding. Concreet ga je: Als senior ben je daarnaast een inhoudelijke gesprekspartner voor minder ervaren calculators. Je hoeft hun werk niet over te nemen, maar helpt hen wel om tekeningen, keuzes en ris...
