Onze klant is gelegen te Brecht & is gespecialiseerd in betonkelders en is de grootste kelderbouwer van België. Ze zijn een jong bedrijf met /- 80 betonexperts die dagelijks het beste van zichzelf geven. Met oog voor detail en scherpe zin voor analyse bij berekeningen ben jij misschien wel de persoon die ze missen op hun calculatieafdeling.

USG Professionals focust zich op projectsourcing, interim management en werving & selectie, binnen de expertises ICT, HR, Legal, Finance, Facility, Engineering en Science.

Jobomschrijving

USG Usgprofessionals is op zoek naar een calculator voor onze klant.

  • Je analyseert aanvragen voor nieuwe dossiers, zowel voor aanbestedingen als lopende projecten.
  • Je berekent en controleert hoeveelheden.
  • Je bestudeert uitvoeringsmethoden en mogelijke varianten.
  • Je berekent de prijzen met een specifiek programma.
  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor technische vragen tijdens de offertefase, samen met de commercieel verantwoordelijke.
  • We hechten veel waarde aan motivatie en de wil om actief bij te dragen aan de groei van ons bedrijf.
  • Je hebt een bachelor in bouwkunde behaald.
  • Ervaring is een pluspunt, maar ook pas afgestudeerden zijn van harte welkom.
  • Teamwerk is voor jou vanzelfsprekend.
  • Nauwkeurigheid en analytisch inzicht zijn essentieel.
  • Je neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid en hebt een flinke dosis gezond verstand.
  • Je bent flexibel ingesteld en draagt bij aan de verdere groei van het bedrijf.
  • Softwareprogramma's zoals Excel, Word en AutoCAD hebben geen geheimen meer voor je.
