Als Junior Calculator ben je een onmisbare schakel in het voortraject van bouwprojecten. Je werkt nauw samen met ervaren collega's en projectleiders aan het opstellen van nauwkeurige begrotingen en offertes voor diverse projecten. Je analyseert projectdocumentatie, berekent materiaal- en arbeidskosten, en draagt bij aan aanbestedingen. Jouw calculaties vormen de financiële basis voor succesvolle projecten, van grootschalige renovaties tot duurzame transformaties. Jouw taken omvatten onder andere: - Het analyseren en uitwerken van bestekken, tekeningen en andere projectdocumentatie; - Het opvragen en vergelijken van offertes bij leveranciers en onderaannemers; - Het berekenen van materiaal-, arbeid- en materieelkosten; - Het opstellen van complete en nauwkeurige begrotingen; - Het voorbereiden van aanbestedingsdocumenten; - Het ondersteunen bij contractbesprekingen met opdrachtgevers; - Het overdragen van calculaties aan het uitvoeringsteam.

Je krijgt de kans om door te groeien naar een rol als Medior Calculator, Werkvoorbereider of zelfs Projectleider. Het bedrijf investeert actief in cursussen en opleidingen om jouw technische en commerciële vaardigheden verder te ontwikkelen, zoals gespecialiseerde calculatiesoftware en projectmanagementtechnieken. Functie-eisen Voor deze uitdagende en veelzijdige functie zoeken we een gedreven professional met een analytische mindset en affiniteit met de bouwsector. Je beschikt over basiskennis van calculatietechnieken en bent leergierig om je verder te verdiepen in kostenanalyse en begrotingsmethodieken. Je vindt het prettig om zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband te werken.
