Ben jij een calculator bouw die op zoek is naar een nieuwe uitdaging, dan ben ik op zoek naar jou! Bij VNOM zoeken we namelijk een calculator bouw die zelfstandig calculaties kan maken voor uiteenlopende dakprojecten. De projecten in deze functie als calculator bouw zijn stuk voor stuk maatwerk en focussen zich wel vooral op platte daken. Je bent hierin verantwoordelijk voor: - Opstellen van calculaties voor dakprojecten binnen renovatie, nieuwbouw en afbouw; - Uitwerken van maatwerkprojecten, voornamelijk gericht op platte daken; - Beoordelen van aanvragen, tekeningen en projectinformatie; - Op termijn uitvoeren van projectopnames op locatie. Wat heb je nodig? Voor deze functie zoeken wij een calculator bouw met een bouwkundige achtergrond en affiniteit met daken. Je hoeft geen bestellingen te doen; de focus ligt echt op calculatie en projectopnames. Verder vragen wij van jou het volgende: - Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring als calculator; - Ervaring met ibis-trad is een pré; - Een zelfstandige werkhouding. Wat krijg je? Als calculator bouw kom je terecht bij een organisatie waar maatwerk centraal staat. Er wordt niet gewerkt aan seriebouw of standaard woningbouw, maar juist aan renovatie-, afbouw- en nieuwbouwprojecten binnen de dakensector. Voldoende uitdaging dus! Daarnaast kun je qua arbeidsvoorwaarden bij VNOM minimaal rekenen op het volgende: - Een goed salaris tussen de €3.500,- en €5.000,- bruto per maand, afhankelijk van ervaring; - Pensioenopbouw vanaf de eerste werkdag; - Reiskostenvergoeding; - Uitzicht op een vast contract;; - Vakantiedagen en regelingen conform Bouw CAO - Een leuke functie met veel verantwoordelijkheid; - Doorgroeimogelijkheden, de calculator rol veranderd steeds meer en jij kan h...
